Dear Friends in Christ,

We would love to extend a special invitation to your church family to join Amigos 2 Familia on a one-day mission trip to Mexico. This is an opportunity to step outside of routine, cross cultural borders, and embody the love of Christ by spending time with children who long to be seen, valued, and cared for.

Each trip is centered around relationships, not projects. Just as Jesus came near to show the Father’s love, we go near—through games, shared meals, listening ears, and consistent presence. The children we visit have endured abandonment, poverty, and broken family situations. Yet when we show up again and again, we remind them that they are not forgotten.

This trip is open to all believers and church groups, regardless of Spanish fluency. Our trusted local partners will guide activities, and your team will have the joy of simply loving, laughing, and connecting.

🕘 Schedule & Logistics

8:00 AM – Meet at 5137 Foothill Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109 (orientation + prayer)
8:30 AM – Carpool to Otay Mesa border (secure parking ~$20 per car)
9:15 AM – Walk across border (bring a pen for day-visa forms)
10:00 AM – Shuttle transport to children’s center
11:30 AM - 3:00 PM – Time with the children (games, activities, connection)
4:00 PM – Depart for border (expect ~1.5 hrs crossing)
7:00 PM – Return to San Diego
